Agreement and eligibility
These Terms of Service govern your access to CREVOZA websites, mobile applications, APIs, and creative tools (together, the “Services”). By creating an account, purchasing credits, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding agreement. If you use CREVOZA for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.
Accounts and security
Provide accurate account information, keep it current, and protect your credentials and devices. You are responsible for activity under your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Notify support@usecrevoza.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require verification or restrict access to protect users and the Services.
The Services and AI outputs
CREVOZA provides tools for creating and processing text, images, documents, audio, and related content. Features, providers, limits, and availability may change as we improve the Services.
AI and automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to content generated for others, or unsuitable for your intended use. You must review outputs and independently verify important facts, permissions, and legal requirements. Do not rely on CREVOZA for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other professional advice.
Your content and permissions
As between you and CREVOZA, you retain your rights in content you submit and, to the extent permitted by applicable law and provider terms, in outputs generated for you. You grant CREVOZA a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and adapt your content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
You confirm that you have all rights and permissions needed for the content you upload and the way you ask us to process it. You are responsible for checking whether an output infringes another person’s rights and for providing required notices, releases, or attribution.
Acceptable use
You must not use the Services to:
- break the law or violate another person’s rights;
- create or distribute child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, exploitative content, or credible threats;
- impersonate, defraud, deceive, harass, or unlawfully discriminate against anyone;
- upload malware, bypass safeguards, probe vulnerabilities, or disrupt the Services;
- scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or automate access except through interfaces and limits we expressly provide; or
- submit content you lack permission to use or conceal that content is AI-generated where disclosure is legally required.
We may block content, limit features, or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or protect users.
Plans, credits, and payments
Prices, included credits, renewal periods, usage costs, and feature limits are shown before purchase. Taxes and payment-provider fees may apply. Web payments may be processed by Paystack or another listed provider; mobile purchases may be processed by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat.
Credits are limited, non-transferable service units, have no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn. Trial credits and promotional credits may expire or have additional restrictions. Paid credits and subscriptions remain subject to the expiry, renewal, and usage terms shown at purchase.
Except where required by law or the applicable app store, completed digital-service purchases are non-refundable once credits or processing capacity have been used. Approved refunds return only to the original payment method. You remain responsible for valid charges incurred before cancellation.
Third-party services
Some features depend on authentication, payment, AI, storage, analytics, or delivery providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. CREVOZA is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but we select and configure providers with reliability and security in mind.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time and can request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, non-payment, or conduct that could harm users, CREVOZA, or third parties.
Provisions concerning payments, ownership, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and obligations that logically continue will survive termination. Export any content you need before closing your account.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, permanent storage, particular outcomes, accuracy of automated outputs, or that the Services will meet every requirement. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CREVOZA will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities. CREVOZA’s aggregate liability relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid to CREVOZA during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, while preserving any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
Before filing a formal claim, contact support@usecrevoza.com and allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be submitted to the courts with appropriate jurisdiction in Nigeria.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the Services or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated when required. Continuing to use the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept them.
